Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the delivery date. If 30 days have passed, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange unless required by applicable law.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging (including seals, inserts, gifts, and samples).
Cosmetics & hygiene notice
For health and hygiene reasons, opened, unsealed, or used cosmetic products (e.g., skincare, haircare, body products) cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrectly supplied.

If you believe a product is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Email support@natyka.store with your order number, item(s), reason, and photos (if damaged/defective).
We’ll confirm eligibility and send instructions and the return address:Kuwait, Kuwait City, Sharq, block 5, Khalid Ibn Al-Walid Street, KIPCO tower, floor 41 .
Ship the item(s) back using a trackable service. We’re not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Once received and inspected, we’ll email you the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
Return shipping costs
Change of mind / not as expected: paid by the customer.
Defective / wrong item: paid by NATYKA (prepaid label or reimbursement), subject to verification.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Processing time at NATYKA: typically 5–10 business days after receipt.
Bank/issuer posting times vary (contact your bank/card issuer if delayed).
If you still haven’t received your refund after these steps, contact us at support@natyka.store.
We replace items only if defective or damaged. To request the same item as a replacement, email support@natyka.store and send your item to support@natyka.store after approval.
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once received, a gift certificate will be issued.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the purchaser.

Customer-paid return shipping is non-refundable. If a refund is issued, any return label we provided may be deducted from your refund (where applicable).
Delivery times for exchanged products vary by destination.
For expensive items, we recommend a trackable shipping service and shipping insurance.
